ROBERT LEVINE

Prior to launching Outline Real Estate Group, Robert and Harrison worked at a New York based middle-market debt fund. They led the single family team, which focused on financing luxury residential properties across the United States. Together, they closed over 90 transactions, representing more than $1.3 billion in collateral value. These financings included acquisition loans, construction loans, and inventory loans for properties ranging from $3 million to over $100 million. 

Their roles provided a unique vantage point, allowing them to see behind the curtains of some of the most sophisticated, high-end homebuilding operations in the country. This exposure helped them develop a deep understanding of deal structuring, capitalization, and risk drivers. They have executed loans in diverse markets including the Hamptons, New York City, Nantucket, Martha’s Vineyard, Miami, Palm Beach, Aspen, Vail, Los Angeles, and Malibu. Each of these locations brings distinct geographic, regulatory, and design challenges, which Robert and Harrison are well equipped to navigate. 

Through their extensive experience, they have observed both the pitfalls that developers can fall into as well as the recipes for success. This knowledge positions them to avoid costly missteps and protect investor capital as they scale the business. 

Robert earned a BA from the University of Pennsylvania where he majored in Urban Studies and minored in Real Estate and Development. He subsequently earned an MS in Real Estate Development from the Schack Institute at NYU.

Harrison earned a BA in Applied Mathematics and a BA in The History of Art and Architecture from Brown University.
